All downtown events, including A Taste of Ireland, with an expected attendance of 250 or more are postponed until 2021. We look forward to seeing everyone in 2021!
Traditional Irish Music and Step Dancing
Bring your lawn chair and hear local musicians bring traditional Irish music to downtown Akron. Fun for all ages. Enjoy the MacConmara Irish Dance School on Saturday and then learn to step dance. Click on the Music and Dance link to see the entertainment schedule.
Hurling, Children's Activities, Irish Vendors, and more
Come and watch or even learn how to play Hurling, the national celtic sport of Ireland. Irish drum craft provided by Akron Children's Museum. For the adults, come and enjoy the Jameson tasting booth.
